Welcome to your One Stop Property Maintenance (OSPM) benefits overview page. This page is designed to help you review and understand your available health benefits and access important information about your coverage.

Current employees may use this page at any time to review benefit coverage and plan details. Enrollment and changes to coverage are only available to new hires or employees who experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, or loss of other coverage).

Medical Coverage (Includes Dental & Vision)

OSPM offers health coverage through:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM)
  • Blue Care Network (BCN)

When you enroll in a medical plan, dental and vision coverage are included automatically as part of your benefits package.

Cost Sharing

Medical Coverage (Includes Dental & Vision)

  • OSPM pays 50% of the premium for employee-only coverage
  • Employees are responsible for the remaining 50% of their coverage
  • If you enroll dependents, the cost of dependent coverage is 100% the employee’s responsibility

Telehealth – First Health

  • OSPM pays 100% of the cost
  • Coverage includes the employee and up to six (6) family members
  • Enrollment is automatic—no action required

When You Can Enroll or Make Changes

You may enroll in or make changes to your benefits only during the following times:

New Hire Enrollment

New employees will receive enrollment instructions upon becoming eligible.

Qualifying Life Events

You may make changes if you experience a qualifying life event, such as:

  • Marriage or divorce
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Loss of other health coverage

If you experience a qualifying event, please contact EverythingHR as soon as possible to review your options and deadlines.

Payroll & Deductions

  • Employees are paid via direct deposit
  • Any applicable benefit premiums will be deducted through payroll

Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network Medical, Dental & Vision

BCBS Simply Blue℠ HSA PPO

The Simply Blue℠ HSA PPO plan offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is a comprehensive health insurance option designed to cater to individuals and families seeking flexibility and savings for their healthcare needs. This Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan combines a lower premium with a high deductible, making it an ideal choice for those who prefer lower monthly costs but are prepared for higher out-of-pocket expenses in case of extensive healthcare needs.

Key features of the Simply Blue℠ HSA PPO include access to a wide network of healthcare providers, allowing members to choose their doctors and specialists without the need for referrals. Members benefit from preventive care services covered at 100%, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings, which are fully covered without having to meet the deductible.

An attractive aspect of this plan is its compatibility with a Health Savings Account (HSA), which enables members to make pre-tax contributions to an account used for medical expenses. This feature not only provides tax savings but also allows funds to roll over year after year, offering a financial cushion for future healthcare needs.

Additional benefits include emergency care coverage, both domestically and internationally, and access to a variety of wellness programs and online tools designed to help members manage their health and well-being effectively.

OSPM will contribute 50% of your premium each month towards the total cost of your plan. For instance, if your plan costs $500.00 per month, you would deduct $250.00, making your monthly expense $250.00. This amount would be divided into bi-monthly payroll deductions of $125.00 per payroll.

Employees who choose to add dependents to their Blue Cross Blue Shield or Blue Care Network coverage are responsible for 100% of the monthly premium for each dependent.

Family Paid Virtual Coverage

One Stop Property Maintenance will provide each Employee and up to six (6) eligible dependents with Enhanced Virtual Primary Care Services, including care navigation and virtual health coaching, at no cost to you.

Employees pay $0.00 copay and $0.00 deductible every time they use:

  • Virtual urgent care

  • Virtual primary care

  • Virtual behavioral health

Example Scenario

Maria, wakes up with flu-like symptoms. Instead of going to an urgent care clinic (which would typically cost her a copay, and in some plans even go toward her deductible), she opens the First Stop Health app.

  • She requests a virtual urgent care visit

  • A doctor calls her back within minutes

  • The doctor evaluates her symptoms, sends a prescription to her pharmacy, and provides care instructions

Total Cost to Maria: $0.00

She pays:

  • No copay

  • No deductible

  • No bill later

The same applies if Maria schedules a virtual primary care visit or a behavioral health session every appointment is completely free to the employee, regardless of which medical insurance plan she is enrolled in.
