Welcome to your 2026 open enrollment. Open enrollment is a crucial period, providing you with the opportunity to make important decisions regarding your health benefits. The enrollment window will be open from December 13 to December 23, 2025.
Please be aware of the following options and instructions:
Maintain Your Current Plan: If you wish to continue with your current medical benefits plan, check the box to carry over your current from 2025 to 2026.
Make Changes to Your Plan: If you would like to make changes to your current medical benefits elections, review the Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network and make your selection.
Waive Coverage: If you decide not to take advantage of the benefits, it is imperative that you select the ‘Waive Coverage’ option.

OSPM will contribute 50% of your premium each month towards the total cost of your plan. For instance, if your plan costs $500.00 per month, you would deduct $250.00, making your monthly expense $250.00. This amount would be divided into bi-monthly payroll deductions of $125.00 per payroll.
Employees who choose to add dependents to their Blue Cross Blue Shield or Blue Care Network coverage are responsible for 100% of the monthly premium for each dependent.
Family Paid Virtual Coverage
One Stop Property Maintenance will provide each Employee and up to six (6) eligible dependents with Enhanced Virtual Primary Care Services, including care navigation and virtual health coaching, at no cost to you.
Employees pay $0.00 copay and $0.00 deductible every time they use:
Virtual urgent care
Virtual primary care
Virtual behavioral health

Maria, wakes up with flu-like symptoms. Instead of going to an urgent care clinic (which would typically cost her a copay, and in some plans even go toward her deductible), she opens the First Stop Health app.
She requests a virtual urgent care visit
A doctor calls her back within minutes
The doctor evaluates her symptoms, sends a prescription to her pharmacy, and provides care instructions
Total Cost to Maria: $0.00
She pays:
No copay
No deductible
No bill later
The same applies if Maria schedules a virtual primary care visit or a behavioral health session every appointment is completely free to the employee, regardless of which medical insurance plan she is enrolled in.
